Summary
A dilution mixture of phosphoric acid, ammonium nitrate and a tenside is used for serum samples. This mixture allows higher ashing temperature, avoids matrix disturbance and apparatus conditions for both elements are the same. The method is useful for laboratory control of chrysotherapy of rheumatoid arthritis.
