Rapid gas chromatographic determination of cumene in serum

Summary

A method is described for the quantitative measurement of cumene in serum. The determination involves extraction with n-hexane and gas Chromatographic analysis. The detection limit is 0.4 mg cumene per liter serum.

Zusammenfassung

Eine Methode zur quantitativen Bestimmung von Cumol im Serum wurde beschrieben. Die Untersuchung erfolgt gaschromatographisch nach Extraktion des Cumols mitn-Hexan. Die Nachweisgrenze der Methode liegt bei 0,4 mg Cumol pro Liter Serum.
