Summary
Determination of Kare Earth Impurities in Ytterbium Oxide by X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry
An X-ray fluorescence spectrometric method for the determination of traces of Ho, Er, Tm, Lu and Y oxides in the concentration range of 0.005–1% in ytterbium oxide is developed. The precision at various concentrations of the standards is given. Intensity corrections for line overlaps have been determined.
