Résumé

Trois formes cristallines de l'androstadione (5α-androstane-3,17-dione) ont été mises en évidence et caractérisées par analyse enthal-pique differentielle, spectrophotométrie infrarouge et analyse par diffraction de rayons X:

La forme I, la plus fréquemment rencontrée.

La forme II, instable.

La forme III, non décrite, pseudopolymorphe: androstadione: 4-H2O: 1.

Zusammenfassung

Drei kristalline Formen des 5-alpha-Androstan-3,17-dions wurden nachgewiesen und durch différentielle Enthalpiemessung, Infrarotspektrophoto-metrie und Röntgendiffraktionsmessung charakterisiert, nämlich die am häufigsten auftretende Form I, die unbeständige Form II und die bisher nicht beschriebene, pseudopolymorphe Form III, das Androstadion:4H2O:1.

Summary

Three crystalline forms of androstadione (5α-androstane-3,17dione) were pointed out and characterized by differential scanning calorimetry, infrared spectrophotometry and X-ray diffraction analysis: form I, the most frequent, form II, instable, and form III, not yet described, a pseudopolymorphe one: androstadione 4-H2O:1.
