Untersuchungen mit47Ca und45Ca zur Frage der Altersabhängigkeit des Calciumstoffwechsels bei Ratten

Zusammenfassung

Die Kinetik von radioaktivem Calcium ist bei Ratten altersabhängig. Bei 7 bis 12 Wochen alten Tieren ist in einem bestimmten Zeitraum nach intraperitonealer Injektion von47Ca die biologische Halbwertzeit der Ganzkörperradioaktivität und teilweise der Organradioaktivität (vor allem im Knochen und Rippenknorpel) kürzer als bei mindestens 8 Monate alten Ratten. Die Anwendung von45Ca ergibt die gleichen Befunde für die Organradioaktivität.
