Conclusions
-
1.
Destruction of the locus coeruleus and n. raphe and the administration of disulfiram and PCPA led to a profound decrease in NA and 5-HT in anterior regions of the brain.
-
2.
Destruction of the locus coeruleus impaired the development of the chain motor-food CR and slowed down the development of the food-procuring CR and defense CRA. The administration of disulfiram led to more profound disturbances in the development of these reflexes.
-
3.
The administration of PCPA accelerated the development of CR, but led to complete absence of the capacity for the retention of chain motor-food CR and impaired the retention of the maze defense CR and defense CRA.
-
4.
A decrease in 5-HT on the 8th day after destruction of the n. raphe led to a sharp disturbance in the retention of chain motor-food CR and to a decline in the retention of the food-procuring CR and defense CRA.
-
5.
The decrease in 5-HT on the 15th day after destruction of the n. raphe, which was accompanied by a simultaneous decrease in the level of NA, led to the absence of the ability to develop chain motor-food and maze defense CR. The development of the food-procuring CR and the defense CI was not impaired, but their retention was sharply impaired.
