Zusammenfassung

6-(2′-Hydroxyphenyl)hexahydropyrimidine und 2-Oxo-6-(2′-hydroxy-6′-oxocyclohexenyl)hexahydropyrimidine werden durch Aldehyde unter „N,O-Acetalisierung” in 1-Oxo-2,10-diaza-9-oxaoctahydrophenanthrene bzw. 1,5-Dioxo-2,10 a-diaza-9-oxadodekahydrophenanthrene umgewandelt. Der Einfluß vom Substituenten auf die Reaktion wird studiert.

Abstract

„N,O-Acetalization” of 6-(2′-hydroxyphenll)hexahydropyrimidines and 2-Oxo-6-(2′-hydroxy-6′-oxocyclohexenyl)hexahydropyrimidines by aldehydes gives 1-oxo-2,10a-diaza-9-oxa octahydrophenanthrenes and 1,5-dioxo-2,10a-diaza-9-oxadodekahydrophenanthrenes respectively. The influence of various substitutnts on this reaction has been studied.
