Die Gewinnung homologer 4-Sulfanilamido-5,6-dialkoxy-pyrimidine in Anlehnung an die vonH. Bretschneider hergestellte entsprechende 5,6-Dimethoxyverbindung wird beschrieben und ihre antibakterielle Aktivität kurz erwähnt.

Abstract

A series of 5,6-dialkoxy homologs ofBretschneider's 5,6-dimethoxy-4-sulfanilamidopyrimidine have been prepared and tested for chemotherapeutic activity.
