On the marginal mode for the onset of oscillatory Marangoni convection with internal heat generation

Summary

In this paper we obain for the first time an analytical description of the marginal mode for the onset of oscillatory Marangoni convection in the presence of uniform internal heat generation in a horizontal fluid layer heated from below in the asymptotic limit of short waves.
