    The reaction of cis and trans-β-chlorovinyl mercury chloride with iodine in the presence of excess cadmium iodide in dimethylformamide was studied.

  2. 2.

    Constants for the second-order rate constant at different temperatures were determined.

  3. 3.

    The parameters of the Atrhenius equation were found.
