The reaction of trimethyl chlorosi lane with mono- and dimethylolureas

Conclusions

The reaction of mono- and dimethylolureas with trimethylchlorosilane has been investigated. N-Tri-methylsilyl-N′-trimethylsiloxymethylurea and N,N′-bis-(trimethylsiloxymethyl)-urea have been isolated.
