Summary
-
1.
On reacting ethyl-, propyl-, butyl- and isobutylphosphoric acid dichlorides with potassium thiocyanate the corresponding diisothiocyanophosphoric acid esters were obtained in yields of 35 to 55% of theoretical.
-
2.
On reacting ethyl diisothiocyanophosphate with ethyl glycinate, ethyl -aminobutyrate and p-chloroaniline and butyl diisothiocyanophosphate with p-chloroaniline the corresponding derivatives with two substituted thiourea residues bonded directly to a phosphorus atom were obtained.
-
3.
On reacting diethyl isothiocyanophosphate with ethyl glycinate, 2-amino-4-methylthiazole, N-phenylglycine and diethanolamine the corresponding di-N-substituted thioureas were obtained.
-
4.
On reacting diethyl isothiocyanophosphate with chlorine dichloromethyleneimine-N-diethylphosphate was obtained in high yield.
