Decomposition of cyclic and linear N-acetyl-N-trimethylsilyl-amidophosphites

Conclusions

N-Acetyl-N-trimethylsilylamidophosphites when heated undergo decomposition to give the corresponding silyl phosphites, which decomposition is facilitated by adding electron-acceptor substituents to the phosphorus atom.
