Zusammenfassung
Es ergibt sich, daß man den Energiesatz für die Strömung eines Gases mit Reibung und Wärmeleitung dadurch erhält, daß man imHamilton-schen Prinzip die Zeit mitvariiert. Dabei erscheint der Wärmestromvektor im wesentlichen als eine zeitliche Erweiterung des Drucktensors. Die erhaltenen Gleichungen werden relativistisch verallgemeinert.
Summary
The law of conservation of energy in the flow of a viscous and heat-conducting gas can be obtained by including a variation of time in the principle ofHamilton. The vector of heat-flux appears then as an extension in time of the stress tensor. Equations are generalized to the relativistic case.
