Summary
The problem of flow and heat transfer of a viscous incompressible fluid between two rotating porous disks is considered. The finite difference technique is used to solve the governing equations. The rate of rotation is assumed to be comparable to the cross flow. In order to study the characteristic features of the flow as simply as possible we consider only the steady symmetric case in which there is equal suction or injection through the disks. However, the method used can be extended to the asymmetric case.
