Abstract

Single crystals of MnSi∼1.7 have been grown usingCzochralski's method. The Mn-defect silicid Mn27Si47 could be identified by means ofWeissenberg photographs.

Zusammenfassung

MnSi∼1.7-Einkristalle wurden nach demCzochralski-Verfahren gezüchtet. Mit Hilfe vonWeissenberg-Aufnahmen konnte das Mn-Defektsilicid Mn27Si47 identifiziert werden.
