Zusammenfassung
Die Reaktion von Isobutylidenmeldrumsäure (1) und Diazoessigester (2) wird in Äther und Alkoholen als Lösungsmittel untersucht. Durch Reaktion von je 1 Molekül1 und2 entstehen hierbei die Olefine5 und13 sowie die zwei stereoisomerenspiro-Derivate3 und4 dertrans-bzw.cis-3-Isopropyl-cyclopropan-1,1,2-tricarbonsäure (6 bzw.7). Aus 1 Molekül1 und 2 Molekülen2 bilden sich das Olefin8 sowie drei isomerespiro-Derivate9,10 und11 der 3-(1′-Äthoxycarbonyl-2′-methyl-propyl)-cyclopropan-1,1,2-tricarbonsäure, denen auf Grund ihrer NMR-Spektren die Konfigurationentrans-erythro, trans-threo bzw.cis-erythro zugeordnet werden können.
Abstract
The reaction ofi-butyral-meldrum acid (1) and diazo acetic acid (2) is investigated in ether and alcohols. By the reaction of one molecule each of1 and2 the olefins5 and13 and two stereoisomericspiro derivates3 (trans) and4 (cis) of 3-i-propyl-cyclopropane-1,1,2-tricarboxylic acid (6 resp.7) are formed.
From one molecule1 and two molecules2 the olefine8 as well as three isomericspiro derivates9 (trans-erythro),10 (trans-threo), and11 (cis-erythro) of 3-(1′-ethoxycarbonyl-2′-methyl-propyl)-cyclopropane-1,1,2-tricarboxylic acid are formed. Their configurations are evaluated by means of their NMR-spectra.
