Die Kristallstruktur von Cr3AsN wird mittels Einkristall-methoden bestimmt: Raumgruppe I4/mcm-D 184h

$$a = 5,360 {\AA}, c = 8,066{\AA}; c/a = 1,505$$

Die Struktur kann durch Auffüllung der Oktaederlücken im U3Si-Typ beschrieben werden. Die Phasen Mn3GeC, Mn3GeN1-x und Fe3GeN1-x sind zu Cr3AsN isotyp.

Abstract

The crystal structure of Cr3AsN has been determined by single crystal methods: Space group I4/mcm-D 184h

$$a = 5,360 {\AA}, c = 8,066{\AA}; c/a = 1,505$$

The crystal structure can be described by filling of the octahedral voids of the U3Si-type. The phases Mn3GeC, Mn3GeN1-x, and Fe3GeN1-x are isotypic to Cr3AsN.
