Conclusions
-
1.
To obtain even strength in pump-compressor and casing pipe of steel 45 it is possible to conduct a single heat treatment of the threaded ends.
-
2.
The optimal conditions were determined for single treatment of the ends of steel 45 pipe—quenching from 830–900° in compressed air under a pressure of 3.0–2.5 atm. In this case rapid cooling is interrupted at 350–400°.
