Conclusions

  1. 1.

The level of type-II glucocorticoid receptors in cytosol of various tissues is characterized by the following decreasing sequence: liver, kidneys, heart, lungs.

  2. 2.

Dissociation constants of the glucocorticoid receptor-T-AC complex in cytosol of the lvier, kidneys, heart, and lungs fluctuated unsubstantially: from 0.77·10−8 to 1.1·10−8 M.
