Conclusions
-
1.
A direct one-step method was developed for the synthesis of cationic cobalt cyclo-pentadienylallylcarbonyl complexes, which consists in the reaction of cyclopentadienylcobalt dicarbonyl with either allyl alcohol or a diene in the presence of HBF4.
-
2.
It was found that increasing the acidity of the medium leads to an acceleration of the reaction and an increase in the yield of the cationic cobalt cyclopentadienylallylcarbonyl complexes.
