  • Published:
Biotechnology Letters Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Summary

Disc fermenters were used to examine sugar removal and attached biomass formation byA. niger from continuous flow, low strength (0. 1–0.4%) glucose feeds. The performance ofA. niger in the process was compared with a mixed population derived from sewage sludge.
