Abstract

The structure of an improved propeller mixer for breaking up lump clay and preparing ceramic suspensions is considered. The novelty is the stirring mechanism, composed of two screw and two plow blades. The confined blades intensify the stirring process. The cross section of the reservoir has an oval shape, which impedes rotation of the suspension.
