Abstract

The effect of the structural parameters of the activator (position of electrodes and diaphragm, density of the supplied current, amount of electrolyte, method of feeding liquid glass and electrolyte) on the properties of activated liquid glass is established. The data can be used for designing the structure and technological parameters of an activator in accordance with the requisite yield.
