The effect of flattening on certain thermal and physical characteristics of a cylindrical fast reactor

Abstract

The article considers one of the possible methods for increasing the reproduction factor of a highpowered, fast reactor with a liquid-metal coolant. In this method the ratio of the height of the active zone to its diameter is varied.
