Summary

After liquid-liquid-extraction of wine varieties with pentane/methylene-chloride (2 + 1) 3-(methylthio)-1-propanol could be identified by means of gaschromatography ard massspecttrometry after column-chromatographical separation of the flavour concentrate on silicagel.

Zusammenfassung

Nach Flüssig-Flüssig-Extraktion von Weinen mit Pentan/Methylenchlorid (2 + 1) konnte 3-(Methylthio)-1- propanol nach säulenchromatographischer Vortrennung des Aromakonzentrates an Kieselgel gaschromatographisch und massenspektrometrisch identifiziert werden.
