Determination of proteins in SDS-containing samples by the Biuret-methode

Summary

A fast determination of proteins in the presence of SDS and after evaporation of ME is given for solubilized samples, e.g. heat-denatured proteins. Phenols do not interfer.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird eine sehr schnelle Biuret-Methode angegeben, mit der es möglich ist, solubilisierte Proteine in SDS- und ME-haltigen Lösungen direkt zu bestimmen. Phenol-derivate stören nicht.
