Conclusions

  1. 1.

We were the first to study the NQR spectra of the75As nuclei of a number of alkyl and arylarsonic and arsinic acids. A correlation of the NQR resonance frequencies with the total electronic effects indicates that in the investigated compounds the resonance frequencies are affected mainly by the inductive effects of the substituents.

  2. 2.

In the given series of compounds the NQR frequency of the75As nuclei decrease with decrease in the difference of the populations of the equivalent (nc) and nonequivalent (n a , nb) bonds attached to the resonance atom.
