Conclusions
Reaction of thioepichlorohydrin and 3-chlorothietane with diethyl-thiophosphate salts gives only the thio esters of diethyl-phosphoric acid. Reaction with thiocyanate salts gives isothiocyanates in addition to thiocyanates.
