The active constituents of asphodelus microcarpus Salzm et Vivi

Abstract

The active constituents of the tubers ofAsphodelus microcarpus Salzm et Vivi, were pharmacologically studied. In addition to the anthraquinones, three other components were separated; two of which possess spasmolytic while the third possesses spasmoginic effects.

Zusammenfassung

Die Wirkstoffe derAsphodelus microcarpus Knollen wurden pharmakologisch untersucht. Neben den Anthrachinonen wurden drei Produkte getrennt, von denen zwei spasmolytische Wirksamkeit zeigten, während das dritte spasmogene Wirkung induzierte.

Les substances efficaces des tubercules d'Asphodelus microcarpus Salzm. et Vivi furent examinées pharmacologiquement. Hors des anthrachinones trois produits furent isolés, duex desquels produisaient l'effet spasmolytique, tandis que le troisième induisa l'effect spasmogène.
