Abstract
Thermodynamic stability conditions of a deformed lattice, transforming at absolute zero temperature to dynamic-type stability, are formulated. The independence of the stability condition relative to uniform deformation and dynamic stability conditions is shown. Stability conditions are derived which are violated during lattice deformation by the former.
