Abstract
The magnetic susceptibility of Cdx-Hg1−x−yMnySe(x ≈ 0.1, 0 ≤ y ≤ 0.1) in the temperature range 77–300 K is investigated. According to the usual model, the dependence χMn−1=f(T) is due to clusters in the form of closely spaced Mn atoms, between which there may be both direct and indirect (through a nonmagnetic atom) exchange interaction, leading to antiferromagnetic ordering.
