Soviet Physics Journal Aims and scope

Abstract

Results are presented on conductivity, Hall effect, and thermo-emf for cadmium antimonide crystals containing 0.001–1% Cu in the range 90 ° to 380 ° K. The parameter z is calculated for the range 140 °–380 ° K for four concentrations.
