Motion and radiation of an electron in a homogeneous magnetic field and a weak electrostatic field

Abstract

The spectral and angular distributions characterizing the intensity of the spontaneous radiation emitted by an electron moving in crossed electrostatic and homogeneous magnetic fields is determined in both the relativistic and the nonrelativistic case.
