Abstract
The authors present a program package, PAROR, in the FORTRAN language. The package is designed for discretization by the method of finite elements of a problem admitting a slit in the solution (modelling the effect of thin, weakly stable inclusions). The program partitions inhomogeneous multiconnected domains with slits onto quadilateral and triangular elements. The usefullness of the package is demonstrated for concrete practical problems.
