Abstract
We propose using a variational principle in constructing the solution and studying the character of the singularities of dynamic nonlinear systems. For certain specific problems we write out the corresponding functionals, in particular the generalized dissipative functionals for systems described by the equations of diffusion reaction. We find the characteristic solutions of these problems.
