Scattering of cylindrical waves by an elastic inclusion in an electrically conducting compressible medium

Abstract

We study the problems of diffraction of cylindrical waves at an elastic homogeneous weakly conducting cylinder in a liquid weakly conducting medium and at a magnetohydrodynamic liquid cylinder in a magnetoelastic medium.
