Abstract
We introduce extensive thermodynamic state parameters corresponding to the process of deformation of a solid body. We write the basic thermodynamic relations for deformable systems in terms of these parameters. By passing to the specific extensive quantities and their densities we obtain the corresponding local thermodynamic relations.
