Abstract
The available experimental results are used to find the dependence on the Mach number of the maximal impact drag coefficient and the growth time of the impact load when a disk enters a compressible fluid at an angle to the free surface. The elastic properties of the disk are not taken into account, i.e., the disk is assumed to be absolutely rigid.
