Abstract
A study is made of the problem of determining the channel produced by the explosion of a linear charge below the surface of a homogeneous anisotropic medium, i.e., a medium in which the strength depends on the direction of the applied load. Examples of such media are single crystals of various materials, rocks, and thinly laminated rocks.
