Summary
-
1.
The action of triethyl phosphite or diethyl hydrogen phosphite on perfluoro gem-chloronitroso compounds leads to anhydrides of diethyl hydrogen phosphate with the corresponding fluorinated oximes.
-
2.
Data were obtained which support a reaction mechanism in which the initial attack of phosphite is on the nitrogen atom of the nitroso group.
