Abstract

Within the framework of quantum chromodynamics in the limit of infinitely strong coupling a field-theoretic justification is given for the phenomenological model of dominance of anomalies of quark loops (the DAQL model) which successfully descrbides interaction process at low meson energies of the meson Jp=0+, 0, 1 and 1+.
