Problem for an evolution equation in a cylinder semibounded in time

Abstract

We consider the problem for a high order evolution equation in a cylindrical domain unbounded in the time variable with null boundary conditions. Some conditions for the unique solvability of the problem in the class of functions bounded in the integral norm are obtained.
