Abstract
A fast method of evaluating the limit of compatibility of organic solvents with polyethylene terephthalate was proposed. The correlation between the nature of the solvent, its solubility limit with the polymer, and the diffusion rate of disperse anthraquinone dye in plasticized polyethylene terephthalate was investigated.
