Supersonic gas flow over a wavy surface

Abstract

Exact numerical solutions of the problem are obtained for a compressible viscous heat-conducting gas flowing over a slightly wavy surface. The effect of the free-stream parameters on the stresses, the temperature fields and the heat fluxes at the wavy interface is studied in detail.
