Abstract
Ring extension reactions, starting from Si4 Ph 8 to five- and six membered homöonuclear and heteronuclear Cyclosilanes were made and the conditions for ring closing were investigated. The new cyclosilane derivatives were characterized by means of NMR-, IR-, Raman-, and mass-spectroscopy.
