On line estimation of a fermenter aeration capacity (kLa) by a computer and dissolved oxygen probe

  • Published:
Biotechnology Letters Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Summary

An adaptive algorithm for on-line kL-a estimation was developed. The accuracy of on-line kLa estimation was evaluated by means of digital and analog simulation. Simple difference schema developed on the basis of algorithm may be easily applicable in microcomputer-coupled fermentations.
