Estimation of time characteristics of millimeter-band signals on sea path at small grazing angles

Abstract

Result are presented for an experimental study of fluctuations of signal arrival angle and intensity and the crosscorrelation of fluctuations of signal amplitude and phase difference at a wavelength of 8.3 mm at spatially separated antennas for two versions of a 14.5-km sea path.
