Experimental investigation of plasma-field co-localization at an antenna operating in the corona formation mode

Abstract

We have investigated the spatial distributions of plasma and near antenna fields operating in a rarefied gas in the corona formation regime. We have recorded and analyzed the effect of co-localization of the plasma and the near antenna field producing the corona.
