Three-dimensional Gross-Neveu model in external chromomagnetic fields at finite temperature

Abstract

A (2+1)-dimensional four-fermion theory at finite temperature in external chromomagnetic fields that model a vacuum gluon condensate is considered. The critical properties of the theory are investigated, and the dependence of the fermion mass on the external field is also found.
